Returns Policies
In order to ensure our customers receive the best level of service we are happy to offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the goods delivered.
We cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted goods. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on goods that are found to be faulty or are not as described at the time of purchase. Please note that goods damaged in transit will be considered on their individual merits. Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on goods affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received by the purchaser. We cannot issue refunds/exchanges on CDs/DVDs or Computer Software once the packaging seal has been broken.
The following returns procedure must be followed and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds.
Should you wish to return an item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You will receive prompt attention from us and wherever possible an offer of a replacement product providing we have the goods in stock. You will be given a unique returns authorisation number and instructions on how to return the goods.
All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, they must be in their original condition together with the packaging in which they arrived. They must be securely packaged and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip together with the returns authorisation number.
Once received the goods will be checked and a refund or replacement will be arranged where applicable.
Our aim is to be fair and treat our customers with the same level of respect and consideration that we ourselves would wish.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
